I follow a simple process to craft user-friendly products that drive business success
Project request
The first step in our collaboration is the project request. This gives me an idea of what you're looking for and helps me determine if I'm the right fit for your project. If so, we will schedule a video call to dive deeper.
First Meeting
Trust is extremely important to me when working together. In our initial meeting, we get to know each other and see if we are a good fit. We also talk about your goals & requirements, clarify questions and define the next steps.
Proposal
After I have learned as much as possible about your project, I will create an individual proposal. I don't charge for my work by the hour but on a per-project basis. This way, you'll have a complete overview of the costs upfront.
Design
Once I have everything needed, I'm ready to start with your product design or website development. Ensuring transparent communication and regular updates is a priority for me. I'll keep you in the loop using convenient communication channels like Slack.
Handoff
Once we’re both happy with the design outcome I will prepare files for the developers handoff and assist you with it. When it comes to development - before launching, the finalised website will go through quality assurance to ensure every detail is just right.
What can I help you with?
I can design a website for you, design a new product, improve an existing part of your product, build a website in Webflow, or design all kind of visual business assets with your branding applied. Additionally I offer strategy consulting services to help you with defining your MVP during the design phase.
How long does the project take?
Most of my projects take between 2 weeks and 3 months. The time needed primarily depends on the complexity of the task, as well as the speed of revisions, feedback, and the amount of refinements during the process.
What are your payment terms for the project?
Usually 50% upfront and 50% upon launch. This arrangement can be adjusted according to the project size and your specific requirements.
Who’s your typical customer?
I mostly work with early-stage founders, helping them in their 0 to 1 journey. Early-stage products is where the magic happens, and those are definitely my favourite projects to tackle. On the other end of spectrum, I also work with mature companies, in those cases I offer the external point of view to the existing product that needs redefining or new features.
Do you take small hourly work?
No, I only do fixed-fee project with minimum 3 days of engagement.
